Lead Business Acceleration Consultant – Communications, 84.51°
As a lead business acceleration consultant on the Personalization & Loyalty Strategy team, Michelle Ziegler focuses on supporting and enhancing Kroger’s Best Customer Communication program. She also serves as the capabilities and strategy lead for 84.51°’s Commercial Personalization pilot. While her career originally focused on supply chain and logistics, she made the shift to marketing following graduate school. She spent a decade at dunnhumby spanning roles from retail strategic comms planner with Kroger, Macy’s, Love’s and GNC to CPG insight lead for General Mills, Welch’s and Perdue Farms. She had a 10-month international assignment in China, where she designed and piloted loyalty rewards for Yintai, a Hangzhou-based department store chain. Michelle has a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering and a Master of Science in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern University.
