An experienced, data-driven marketer, Nicki has worked for Mead Johnson for 25 years with most of that time focused on the Enfamil loyalty program, Enfamil Family Beginnings. This robust program spans digital communications, organic social channels, product discounts and formula samples all focused on helping provide parents the support and confidence they need along their children’s developmental and feeding journey.
Today, Nicki is a US Nutrition Marketing Lead managing both Enfamil Family Beginnings and the Enfamil Consumer Resource Center. This cross-functional role integrates with virtually all areas of the business, from Brand Marketing, Retail Support, Supply Chain, Finance to many more. She is also Chairman of the Board of Directors for a Credit Union servicing counties in Indiana and Kentucky.
