Olivia is a key member of the Shopper Marketing team at Schnuck Markets and has grown the Schnucks Rewards loyalty program in both vendor participation and capabilities over the last five years. Her work has included the onboarding of a proprietary offer engine, collaboration with internal stakeholders for widespread adoption of the Rewards program, support of the Rewards growth strategy and, most recently, the introduction and implementation of a regional Retail Media Network.
Olivia works closely with key CPG partners to help to identify and implement their marketing strategies at Schnucks – leveraging digital coupons as a critical tool to drive trial, basket conversion and sales growth within the overall marketing plan. She is passionate about the intersection of compelling messaging and promotional pricing in order to drive growth for both the vendor and retailer while delivering a great experience for the shopper.
